Massimo Lupi

Massimo Lupi, licensed Psychologists / Psychotherapists, is part of the Organizational Behavior Faculty of the MIP Polytechnic of Milan and Adjunct Professor of Organizational Development and Change at the University of Milan. He worked in Prada as Head of Selection and then moved to Allstate Insurance Company (now Direct Line) as HR generalist. He gained experience as head of training, selection and development in Beirsdorf Italy, he worked for Sony Europe in Berlin and in the Talent Management area in Microsoft Corporation in Redmond. Since 2010 he has been a consultant for various entrepreneurial realities and a professor.
