Creating timeless products while generating value across complex supply chains is a challenging task. Luxury fashion is growing fast; yet, climate change is more threatening than ever whilst, at the same time, water, bio-diversity, animal welfare and social sustainability appear to be timely, serious and relevant topics. Integration and collaboration are required innovations; therefore, technical and relational resources must be created and shared across supply chain actors. Individual goals, on the other hand, must be aligned with the entire network’s goals. Sustainable Luxury Academy* is committed to transform luxury supply chains by teaching and guiding luxury companies how to work with supply chain actors to create a shared value concept to drive realistic changes. Collaboration is an antecedent to strategic sustainability management! Hence, you are cordially invited to join us in our forthcoming think tank on November 20th, 2019 at Politecnico di Milano School of Management. Join us to learn how to drive sustainability transformation across global supply settings.

*Sustainable Luxury Academy is an observatory research project jointly funded by Politecnico di Milano School of Management and Mazars.
