Romain Lerouge is a post-doc researcher at the Management Engineering department at Politecnico di Milano. He obtained a PhD in 2025, with a thesis entitled "Public policies for well-being: lights and shadows of promoting cultural participation." His research delves into public policy assessment, with a primary focus on the cultural sector. He currently works for Good Practice project, analysing the performances of Italian universities. He is a teaching assistant in the "Accounting, Finance & Control" and "Advanced Performance Measurement" courses of the MSC in Management Engineering.
