Emanuele is an Executive PhD Student attending his 1st year at Politecnico di Milano. He's been part of EY Company since April 2019, working in People Advisory Services to support clients' Digital Transformation and Change Innovation projects. His area of research is Digital Innovation in the HR Practice: from Data analytics to People Strategy and Employee Engagement.

Research projects: The Research proposal sets out an initial review of the literature on the main trends that foresee HR Digitalization, giving importance to the phenomena that play a strategic role within the market, with specific focus on the implementation of HR Analytics to enhance the engagement of resources and align business objectives. The second part entails an empirical research that will assess impacts of these technologies on organizations.
