Monica is faculty member of MIP and assistant professor at Politecnico di Milano, where she got her PhD in Industrial Engineering in 2014. She has held visiting researcher positions at MIT, Tokyo Metropolitan University, Sorbonne UTC and Rutgers University. She teaches Product Lifecycle Management and Industrial Technologies at MSc, and Lean Product Development at executive master. She publishes in international journals such as Computer in Industry, IEEE Transactions on Engineering Management and International Journal of Project Management. She won a Shingo Prize research Award for Lean Product and Process Development Chapter within the book The Routledge Companion to Lean Management, 2017.

Stefano is Professor of Management at Politecnico di Milano and Vice Rector for Education and Learning. He served as Chairman of Management Engineering Programs (Bachelor and MSc), member of the Executive Board and Director of MBA Programs and then Corporate Education at the Graduate School of Management of Politecnico di Milano, Rector's Delegate for International Affairs and member of the PoliMI 2040 group.Being in the Board of Directors of Arcadia (Private Equity) and Teggwings (Venture Capital), he is exposed to restructuring and business processes of enterprises and startups.His major research and consulting field is Supply Management with a particular focus on e-Procurement, Spend Management, Purchasing Key Performance Indicators, Supply Chain Organization, Supply Chain Finance, and more recently Public Process Management. On these topics he has published some books and several publications in International scientific journals and conferences.

Andrea Rangone is Full Professor of Strategy&Marketing and Digital Business Innovation at Politecnico di Milano. He is co-founder of Osservatori Digital Innovation, a leading Research Center on business impact of digital technologies at Politecnico di Milano. He has directed many Masters and Executive courses at MIP, the Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business. He authored several national and international publications and he promoted many national and international research projects. He has founded several digital startups. Currently, he serves as CEO of Digital 360 group, a company he co-founded and led to an IPO (Initial Public Offering) at AIM - London Stock Exchange market.

Alessandro Pozzetti is Full Professor of Logistics and Production Systems at Politecnico di Milano, where he served as Director of the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering, Dean of the School of Systems Engineering and a member of the Academic Senate. He is currently a member of the Evaluation Board of Politecnico di Milano and a member of the Board of CISIA.
