• Support to Ceo Business Manager by supervising the processes which lead to the meetings of the Board of Directors and of the Permanent Strategic Committee (i.e. Project Steering Committee);
• Support to Ceo Business Manager in analysis and assessment of the decisions’ content aimed at ensuring that any exception to the process and deadlines defined is properly managed;
• Actively involvement in the preparation of documents supporting internal/external CEO meetings, including the review, research, summarization or analysis of information;
• Involvement in the main Projects sponsored by Executive Management and supported by Ceo Business Manager
• Assist back office duties as managing correspondence, preparing and proofreading documentation and database maintenance.
