Claudio Dell’Era is Associate Professor in Design Strategy at the School of Management - Politecnico di Milano, where he serves also as Co-Founder of LEADIN’Lab, the Laboratory of LEAdership, Design and INnovation. He is also Director of the Observatory “Design Thinking for Business” of the School of Management –Politecnico di Milano. He is the Co-Director of the Executive Programme in “Innovation and Design Management” at the MIP Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business. He has published more than 100 journal papers, conference articles and chapters in edited books in the area of Innovation and Design Management.

Mariano Corso is Full Professor of Leadership and Innovation at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano and he is part of the core faculty of MIP Graduate School of Business, where he teaches Digital innovation, Knowledge Management, Change Management and Organisations Theory and Design. Massimo G. Colombo is Full Professor of Innovation Economics, Entrepreneurship and Entrepreneurial Finance. He is the president of the Italian Association of Management Engineering (AiIG), Vice-Dean for Research and Rankings of the School of Management. Prof. Colombo is author (or co-author) of numerous books and articles in journals including Science, the Strategic Management Journal, the Strategic Entrepreneurship Journal, Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice, the Journal of Business Venturing, the Journal of Industrial Economics, Research Policy, Small Business Economics, and many others.

Federico Caniato is Full Professor of Supply Chain and Procurement Management at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano. He earned a Master of Science and a Ph.D. in Management Engineering from Politecnico di Milano. He is the director of the International Master in Supply Chain and Procurement Management of MIP Politecnico di Milano Graduate School of Business. Federico Caniato is member of the board of the European Operations Management Association (EurOMA). He authored several international publications on various Operations and Supply Chain Management journals, and he is Associate Editor of the Journal of Purchasing and Supply Management.
