Tommaso Buganza is Full Professor of Leadership and Innovation at the School of Management of Politecnico di Milano where he also is co-founder of LEADIN'Lab, the Laboratory for Leadership, Design and Innovation and co-founder and scientific director of IDeaLs, the research platform focused on engaging humans to make transformation happen. He is a lecturer in Innovation Management and Project Management, responsible for the Project Management Academy and coordinator of the innovation and training area at MIP. He is the Board chairperson of the Product Development Management Conference EIASM-IPDMC. His research activity explores the intersection between technological innovation and leadership and has been published in peer-reviewed journals and in a number of books.

Debora Bettiga is Assistant Professor at Politecnico di Milano and she is core faculty member of MIP Graduate School of Business, where she teaches marketing strategy, consumer behavior and marketing research methodologies. She is a member of 'PHEEL - Physiology, Emotions and Experience Lab', the bio- and neuromarketing Laboratory of Politecnico di Milano. She is author of several papers published in scientific journals and in national and international conference proceedings.

Irene Bengo is researcher on new, social and innovative management approaches, practices and tools for: social enterprise, enterprises networks, impact finance and social ecosystem. Expert on impact measurement systems. Lecturer on "Business in Transformation: Social and Sustainability Challenges Lab". Scientific coordinator and project manager of different national and international projects on these research fields. Emilio Bellini is Assistant Professor of Business Innovation at the School of Management - Politecnico di Milano, where he serves also as Co-Founder of LEADIN' Lab, the Laboratory for LEAdership, Design and INnovation. He is also Scientific Officer of the Observatory “Digital Innovation in Retail”. He serves at he MIP Graduate School of Business as Co-Director of the Executive Programme in “Innovation and Design Management” and as Advisor for Executive Education Experience. He has published more than 60 conference articles, journal papers and chapters in edited books in the area of Innovation Management.

Emilio Bartezzaghi is a Professor of Organizational Systems. He held positions as Director of the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering, head of the PhD Program and President of the MIP Graduate School of Business. He has been the Rector’s Delegate for Internationalization of Politecnico. He has been a member of the board and Vice-President of Fondazione Politecnico di Milano. He has been President of AiIG - Italian Association of Management Engineering and member of the board of EUROMA - European Operations Management Association. He has been Professor of EIASM. He served as President of the University Assessment Commission of the University of Verona.

Graduated in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, obtained a PhD in Management Engineering (XVI cycle) in 2004 from Politecnico di Milano. Employed as Associate Professor at the Department of Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano since 2014, he is the director of the Full Time MBA at MIP since 2014. He is a co-founder and member of the Scientific Committee of the “Digital Innovation Observatories” research group (www.osservatori.net) and he is Scientific Director of several "Observatories". The research activity is focused on digital innovation and entrepreneurship. He is in charge of the Communication activities at the School of Management – Politecnico di Milano.

Born in Milano, 24.11.1962, he graduated his Master of Science, cum laude,  in Management Engineering at Politecnico di Milano, in 1986. Since 1994 he is Full  professor of Business Economics and Organization at Politecnico di Milano, where he served as Rector from 2010 to 2016. He is President of Arexpo SpA - the public owned company in charge of developing the 1 million square metres area  where , the 2015 world exhibition took place – and member of the Board of Poste Italiane SpA – the 33 billions € turnover National mail delivery company.
