This course is targeted at line/division managers of large companies and top managers (CEOs) of medium companies.
Program
The 4 modules will be focused on:
- DISCOVER: Internal skills/resources assessment (bird in hand principle) and market analysis to identify new opportunities (affordable loss).
- DESIGN: Business model development and validation (business model canvas and hypothesis testing).
- DELIVER: Skills/resources acquisition (internal innovation, CVC, new venture unit, M&A, intrapreneurship, etc.) and orchestration (start-up organization, with a focus on flexibility).
- DEPLOY: From an entrepreneurial project to an entrepreneurial corporation (decline the principles seen in the project to the entire organization: Innovation and organizational change, Corporate culture change).
