EMBA students can decide to further customize their learning path and obtain an Executive MBA with a specialization, such as Digital Tranformation, Innovation & Transformation, Sustainability & Risk Management, Leadership & Organizational Behaviour, Global Operations & International Business, Advanced Marketing Management.
For students who so wish, it will be possible to follow the optional additional Elective courses via streaming.
Elective Courses may vary as they accomodate the latest trends on business.
Alternatively or in addition to an Elective course, EMBA students may apply to the “Doing Business in” programme, the International Week or Exchanges.
The course takes place at a Business School partner with the aim of getting an in-depth view of the socio-economic characteristics of the host country. During the week, lectures with the partner university’s faculty members are alternated with educational visits to local and multinational companies, with the aim of studying success stories and understanding the problems of multicultural management.
For example, the “Doing Business in” programme in Silicon Valley aims to develop a greater sensitivity towards the themes of innovation and entrepreneurship through a series of lectures and meetings with institutions, universities, managers and professionals working in some of the most innovative companies in the world.
There is also the opportunity to enrich your education by applying for one or more three-day Elective courses at European Business Schools in order to tackle internationalisation from all angles and meet executives who have faced the internationalisation process and will discuss related critical issues and opportunities.
